How Much do Home Inspections Cost?
20% Discount Through the End of April!
Fair Question. We set our rates based primarily on square footage. A full home inspection for homes up to 1000 sqft start at $300. For each 500 sqft increase, there is a $25 increase in the price of the inspection. There is an additional $25 fee for homes that are built prior to 1940. There's just more going on, and the house has usually had repairs or remodels performed during it's life. If there are additional buildings, detached garages, she-sheds or man caves that are powered with electricity, we can inspect those structures for an additional $50.
